Crown Center Crown Center, located in close proximity to Quantico Marine Corps Base and Fort Belvoir, includes two office/flex buildings totaling 230,246 net rentable square feet. Edgemoor was the development manager for this project, located on a 13.23 acre site that was zoned for I-6 commercial use, and was responsible for property entitlements, design, financing, construction, marketing, lease-up and initial building operations. Edgemoor located the property, entered into a purchase agreement, and master planned the development. Edgemoor then secured both an equity partner and construction financing partner and proceeded with closing on the land and development of the property. Finally, Edgemoor negotiated two leases with defense contractors for approximately 70,000 SF, prior to selling its interest in the property.
