Arlington Mill

Built on the site of the existing community center, the new Arlington Mill Community Center and Mixed-Use Development supports the revitalization of the Columbia Pike area by providing a new community center and public plaza mixed with rental housing and community serving retail. Edgemoor Real Estate Services formed a team - Public Private Alliances LLC – to partner with Arlington County to develop, design, build and finance the Project. Members of the PPA team include the design firm of Davis Carter Scott and Clark Builders Group as the builder. In addition to delivering a new, LEED-certified Community Center, the development will incorporate attractive housing with a mix of affordable and market rate rental units, parking, ground-level retail, and a large public plaza for community use and events. The land will remain County-owned.
