Mr. Stricker provides executive level oversight for the planning and execution of a portfolio of real estate deals, including public-private partnerships. Since joining Edgemoor Real Estate Services in 2001, he has played an instrumental role in developing public-private opportunities for the company in the fields of higher education, K-12 education, and transportation, including the Route 28 Corridor Improvements Project of Loudoun and Fairfax Counties and George Mason Academic VI/Research II at George Mason University. Prior to joining Edgemoor, he was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers, where he was responsible for research and analysis for the telecommunications industry, and supported the investment banking division on multiple transactions, including initial public offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Stricker also spent three years at MCI Communications where he was involved in strategic planning and business analysis.
Mr. Stricker holds a Bachelor of Arts from Clark University and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown University.
