Ms. Rosenthal provides financial oversight and leadership to all of Edgemoor’s pursuits. In this capacity she has played a key role in developing the financing structures for several public-private partnerships in the Washington region. Additionally, Ms. Rosenthal acts in a financial advisory role for the Clark organization and plays a key role in corporate strategic planning. She joined the Clark organization with fifteen years of domestic and international real estate development. In 1999, she established Clark Global Technologies, a group that provides real estate development and construction services for high-tech facilities.
A graduate of Cornell University, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and earned a Masters in Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the Harvard University. Ms. Rosenthal is a member of the President's Council of Cornell Women and is on the Board of Directors of the Washington Board of Trade.
