Mr. Hooff provides legal, real estate and financial oversight to all of Edgemoor’s pursuits. Mr. Hooff has over 30 years of experience in multiple development disciplines including construction operations, legal, finance, contract administration, public-private partnerships and business development and has held various senior level positions throughout the Clark organization. Mr. Hooff played a major role in the innovatively financed Route 28 Corridor Improvements project. Additionally, Mr. Hooff plays a key role in establishing corporate and project objectives and policies, maintaining liaisons with clients, and monitoring construction and financial activities of the organization.
Mr. Hooff has a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Investments from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University.
