Mr. Fleming provides executive leadership for all of Edgemoor’s pursuits. Mr. Fleming has over 35 years of experience in construction and real estate development. He began his career at The George Hyman Construction Company and was a founding member of OMNI Construction, which later merged to form The Clark Construction Group, Inc. In 1985, Mr. Fleming left the construction industry to serve as President of Development Resources Inc., where he developed over 80 buildings in the Washington area including the U.S. Mint Headquarters Building, the Bureau of Mines Headquarters and Executive Tower in Washington, DC; Stuart Park in Arlington, Va.; and Madison Place in Alexandria, Va. In 2000, he returned to Clark to become the President of Clark Global Technologies, a group that provides real estate development and construction services for high-tech facilities. Prior to forming Edgemoor Real Estate Services, Mr. Fleming served as President of Clark Residential, a full service design-builder of residential projects.
 
Mr. Fleming received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Tulane University and a Masters of Real Estate from The American University. He is a consultant to the Washington Convention Center Board and Greater Washington Urban League. Mr. Fleming is active in the Washington Building Congress Board of Governors, Alexandria Building Industry Association Board of Directors, and the AOBA Board. He is also a member of The Real Estate Group and the Urban Land Institute.
