The 2010 - 2011 Edition of Innovations in the California Courts presented a feature article on the Governor Deukmejian Court Building and the benefits of the performance-based infrastructure delivery method. Issued biannually by the Judicial Council of California, Innovations in the California Courts presents creative solutions to address common problems, improve access to justices and optimize the use of resources.
