The Arlington Mill Community Center and Mixed-Use Development, being developed by Public Private Alliances’, a special purpose entity formed by Edgemoor Real Estate Services, was recently featured in the Arlington Sun Gazette on Tuesday February 5, 2008.
Built on the site of the existing community center, the new Arlington Mill Community Center and Mixed-Use Development supports the revitalization of the Columbia Pike area by providing a new community center and public plaza mixed with rental housing and community serving retail. Edgemoor Real Estate Services is partnering with Arlington County to develop, design, build and finance the Project.
